About The Position

The Care Partner position at Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton involves providing empathetic and proactive assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Arrow Senior Living, which manages this community, operates 25 senior living properties across 5 states, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care, and employs nearly 1,400 individuals. Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents
  • Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents
  • Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
  • Must be criminally cleared
