About The Position

The Care Partner position at Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Olmsted is a full-time role within Arrow Senior Living. A key aspect of the role is being "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Arrow Senior Living manages 34 senior living communities across 6 states, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care, and employs nearly 2,200 individuals.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents
  • Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents
  • Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
  • Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
  • Must be criminally cleared
