About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 34 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 2,200 employees! This position is for a Care Partner at Vitalia Senior Residences - Stow, located at 4291 Allen Rd. Stow, Ohio 44224. The role requires an "Advocate of Empathy" to create human connection with residents, a "Generous Gift Giver" who is present and reliable, someone who is "💯" by creating an inclusive and positive environment, and an "Engaged Egghead" who is curious and engaged in their development. The Care Partner will be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
