About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for their Vitalia Highland Heights community. This full-time position involves providing direct care and creating human connections with residents, understanding the importance of empathy, and contributing to a positive and inclusive environment. The role requires active participation in resident care, including assisting with daily living activities and ensuring resident safety and well-being.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Be proactive with assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
