About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for a full-time position at The Boulevard Senior Living St. Peters. The role involves understanding and practicing empathy to create human connections with residents, being present and reliable, fostering an inclusive and positive environment, and being curious and engaged in personal development. A primary responsibility is proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Arrow Senior Living manages 34 senior living communities across 6 states, employing nearly 2,200 individuals and offering various levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
  • Will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
  • Will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
