About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner for Vitalia Highland Heights, located in Highland Heights, Ohio. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18-$20 per hour and involves providing empathetic care and creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. The role requires a proactive approach to assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Invest with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
- Be curious and engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
