About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner for their Vitalia Highland Heights community. This full-time position involves providing direct care to residents, focusing on empathy, creating human connections, and fostering an inclusive environment. The role requires proactive assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have strong English communication skills, a positive and energetic attitude, basic computer skills, and the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. The position also requires the ability to assist residents with mobility and ensure they are criminally cleared.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
  • Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
  • Criminally cleared.

Responsibilities
