About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 34 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas ) and employs nearly 2,2 00 employees! This position is for The Boulevard Senior Living St. Peters located at 500 Bluffstone Circle St. Peters, Missouri 63304. The role involves being an "Advocate of Empathy" by creating human connections with residents, a "Generous Gift Giver" by being present and reliable, "đź’Ż" by creating an inclusive and positive environment, an "Engaged Egghead" by being curious and engaged in development, and "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
