About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Vitalia Solon in Solon, Ohio. The position is scheduled for Wednesday overnight shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and pays $18–$24 per hour. The Care Partner supports residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role emphasizes empathy and human connection, reliability and generosity toward colleagues, a positive and inclusive attitude, and engagement in personal development and training. The Care Partner also needs to communicate with residents, use a computer to print documents and enter resident information, and meet the physical demands of assisting residents.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and a strong interest in working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connections with residents, particularly during vulnerable moments.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment and support coworkers and the community.
Participate in development, growth, and training within the organization.
Print documents and enter information about residents.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including assisting people after a fall.
