About The Position

The Care Partner supports residents at Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, Ohio, by providing compassionate assistance with activities of daily living and fostering human connection during vulnerable moments. The role involves creating an inclusive, positive environment, being dependable and present for residents and coworkers, and staying engaged in training and professional growth. The listed schedule is Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; the position is part-time and pays $18–$24 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
