About The Position

The Care Partner provides direct care to residents, assisting them with daily activities in an assisted living community. The role includes maintaining proper care records, reporting changes in residents’ conditions, and interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successfully complete training as required by State regulations.
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
Ability to work responsibly as a team member and independently.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Honesty, fairness, dependability, and respect for confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
Must meet all health requirements and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care.
Maintain proper care records.
Report changes in residents’ conditions.
Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
