About The Position

Care Partners provide direct care to residents, recognize their individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each senior with respect and dignity. The role includes helping residents with activities of daily living and personal care, assisting with light housekeeping, and engaging residents in meaningful conversations. Depending on state regulations, training or certification may be required. Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and recognize their individual needs.
• Encourage residents’ independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
• Assist with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Complete training or certification if required by state regulation.
