About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR. This part-time role involves providing direct care and creating meaningful connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in assisting residents with their daily living activities. The ideal candidate will be at least eighteen years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have strong English communication skills, a positive attitude, basic computer skills, and the physical ability to perform the job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting residents with mobility. A criminal background check is required.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
