About The Position

We are looking for someone to be an "Advocate of Empathy" by creating human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments. Additionally, you will be "💯" by creating an inclusive and positive environment, an "Engaged Egghead" by being curious and engaged in your development, and "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age
High school diploma, or equivalent
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents
Positive and energetic attitude
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
Must be criminally cleared

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care
Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments
