About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Cedar Trails in Freeburg, IL. This full-time position involves providing direct care and creating meaningful connections with residents, particularly during their vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in assisting residents with their daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role requires a positive and energetic attitude, strong communication skills in English, basic computer proficiency, and the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be criminally cleared.
Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
- Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Criminally cleared.
Responsibilities

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
