Care Partner 7pm-7am $17-22.75 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Boulevard St Peters in Saint Peters, MO. This part-time role involves providing direct care and creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in assisting residents with activities of daily living. The ideal candidate will be at least eighteen years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have strong English communication skills, a positive attitude, basic computer skills, and the physical ability to perform the job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting residents with mobility. A criminal background check is required.
Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
