Care Partner 7am-7pm $18-21.25 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Carriage Court in Hilliard, OH. This part-time role involves creating human connections with residents, assisting them with activities of daily living, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, engaged in their personal growth, and proactive in resident care. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic computer skills. Arrow Senior Living is committed to promoting from within and values its team members.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities

- Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
