About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Wellington located at 1051 Kent St, Liberty, MO 64068. This part-time role involves creating human connections with residents, being present and reliable, fostering an inclusive and positive environment, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living. The ideal candidate will be at least eighteen years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have strong English communication skills, a positive and energetic attitude, basic computer skills, and the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. The role also requires the ability to assist residents with mobility and be criminally cleared.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
  • Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
