About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Barrymore located at 8400 N Marston Ave, Kansas City, MO 64154. This part-time position involves creating human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments, being present and reliable, fostering an inclusive and positive environment, and being engaged in personal growth and development. The role requires proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
