Care Partner 7pm-7am $22-25 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Holliday Farms in Zionsville, IN. This part-time role involves providing direct care and creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in assisting residents with activities of daily living. The ideal candidate will contribute to an inclusive and positive environment, invest wholeheartedly in their work, and be engaged in their personal and professional development within the organization.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Contribute to an inclusive and positive environment.
- Be engaged in personal development, growth, and training within the organization.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
