About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Summit located at 16100 Chenal Valley Drive, Little Rock, AR 72223. This full-time position involves creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and actively participating in personal and professional growth. The role requires proactive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
