About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Castlewood in Nixa, MO. This part-time role involves creating human connections with residents, assisting them with daily living activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, engaged in their personal growth, and proactive in resident care. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic computer skills. Arrow Senior Living is committed to promoting from within and values its team members.
Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Foster an inclusive and positive environment.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
