About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Fremont in Springfield, MO. This part-time role operates from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. You will also be a "Generous Gift Giver" by being present and reliable, "đź’Ż" by fostering an inclusive and positive environment, and an "Engaged Egghead" by being curious and invested in your development. A key responsibility is being "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
