About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Summit located at 16100 Chenal Valley Drive, Little Rock, AR 72223. This full-time position involves providing direct care and creating human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in assisting residents with their daily living activities. The role requires a positive and energetic attitude, computer skills, and the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds. You will also be responsible for assisting residents with mobility and responding to falls. Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
  • Being present and sharing talents with residents and team members.
  • Investing wholeheartedly in work, team members, and the community.
  • Being curious and asking questions to understand and learn.
  • Assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Assisting persons after a fall.
