About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Fremont located at 1520 E. Bates, Springfield, MO 65804. This part-time position offers a pay range of $17 - $22.25 per hour and operates on a shift schedule of Monday and Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. You will also be "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
