About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Boulevard Wentzville. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to create human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments, fostering an inclusive and positive environment. Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Invest with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
- Be curious and ask questions to find out information.
- Be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
