About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Barrymore located at 8400 N Marston Ave, Kansas City, MO 64154. This part-time role focuses on creating human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments, being present, sharing talents, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. The Care Partner will be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, invested in their work, curious, and engaged in their personal and professional development.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
