About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Parkway located in Blue Springs, MO. This part-time position involves creating human connection with residents, providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, invested in their work, curious, and proactive. The role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as assisting residents with mobility and after falls. Computer skills are necessary for documentation and information entry. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to communicate effectively in English. Criminal clearance is required.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
