About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join their team at Wellington. This role focuses on creating human connection with residents, providing assistance with daily living activities, and fostering a positive environment. Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
  • Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments.
  • Being present and sharing talents to be a reliable team member.
  • Creating an inclusive and positive environment by investing wholeheartedly in work, team members, and the community.
  • Being curious, asking questions, and engaging in personal development, growth, and training.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
