Care Partner 7am-7pm $18-23.75 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and proactive Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Mentor. This part-time role involves providing direct care and creating meaningful connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and a proactive approach to assisting residents with their daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The ideal candidate will contribute to an inclusive and positive environment, invest wholeheartedly in their work, team members, and the community, and be engaged in their personal and professional development within the organization.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments.
