About The Position

At Sunrise Senior Living, team members work to make a positive difference in residents’ lives and champion quality of life for seniors. This role provides hands-on support and builds meaningful relationships with residents. Care Managers assist with activities of daily living, follow individualized service plans, promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence, and support engagement, dining, and a welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
