About The Position
Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Care Manager to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. The role supports seniors’ quality of life by helping residents with daily personal care, promoting safety and independence, and contributing to a welcoming environment. In Memory Care, the Care Manager helps create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Sunrise offers paid training and career-growth opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain it.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
- Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence.
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
