About The Position

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Care Manager to support residents and improve their quality of life through hands-on personal care and meaningful engagement. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, following and documenting Individualized Service Plans, promoting residents’ safety, dignity, and independence, and communicating with families and care leaders. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CHHA or CNA certification is required for New Jersey.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
