About The Position
Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Care Manager to provide hands-on support to residents and help improve their quality of life. The role involves supporting residents with daily personal care while building meaningful relationships and promoting safety, dignity, and independence. Care Managers assist with activities of daily living, follow and document Individualized Service Plans, engage residents in conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. They communicate with families and care leaders and, in Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. The listed pay range is $18.92–$23.65. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
- Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence.
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
