About The Position

At Sunrise Senior Living, Care Managers help champion quality of life for seniors by providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships with residents. The position involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, following and documenting individualized service plans, promoting safety and independence, and engaging residents in conversations and activities. Care Managers also support dining services, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, communicate with families and care leaders, and, in Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
