About The Position

At Sunrise Senior Living, Care Managers help champion quality of life for seniors by providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships with residents. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, following individualized service plans, promoting safety and independence, and engaging residents in conversation and daily activities. Care Managers also support dining services, help maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and communicate with families and care leaders. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Sunrise offers paid training and career growth opportunities. The listed pay range is $19.95–$24.95. Additional compensation may include discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses, subject to eligibility and applicable plan requirements. Some benefits have eligibility requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be age 18 or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
