About The Position

The Care Associate is responsible for providing residents with a high level of care and comfort. The role assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including safe transfers and personal hygiene, and provides memory care stimulation and social interaction. Care Associates build meaningful connections with residents and contribute to a positive environment for seniors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CNA or HHA credential in the applicable state.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide safe transferring assistance.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene.
• Provide memory care stimulation and social interaction.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and contribute to a positive environment.
