About The Position

Bluebird Care is recruiting Care Assistants in the Thirsk, Northallerton and Easingwold areas to support customers with day-to-day living in their own homes. The role provides compassionate, person-centred care that reflects each customer’s individual needs and wishes, helping them enjoy the best possible quality of life. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with varied hours and contracts based on availability and customer needs. Working hours are between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Staff must work alternate weekends and at least one evening a week. A full driving licence and personal transport are essential. The stated pay is £13.50 per hour, increasing to £20.25 per hour on bank holidays; the listing also shows a standard rate of £14.00 per hour and a bank holiday rate of £21.00 per hour. Mileage between calls is paid at 40p per mile.
