About The Position

Marycrest is seeking Care Assistants for its community in Livonia, Michigan. Marycrest is part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, a multi-institutional Catholic health care delivery system with more than 40 communities across multiple states. The role provides supportive daily care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans and helps enhance their living experience. Care Assistants work 12-hour shifts, on full-time day or midnight schedules, including every other weekend.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred; students are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive daily care and services in accordance with each resident’s care plan.
• Escort residents to and from meals, activities, and other destinations as needed.
• Proactively identify, develop, and execute solutions to enhance the resident living experience.
