About The Position

Caring Senior Service is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role provides one-on-one support to seniors so they can remain healthy, happy, and at home. Part-time and PRN opportunities are available, with day, night, overnight, and weekend shifts. The employer offers paid training and is willing to train compassionate candidates who are new to senior care.

Caregivers receive support from responsive office staff and benefit from communication, consistent scheduling, and opportunities for career growth. The position is paid at $18 per hour, with bi-weekly pay.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA credential, or caregiving experience, is preferred; the employer is willing to train the right candidate.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity.
