About The Position

Requirements

Active CNA certification or verifiable experience as a professional caregiver.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed.
Experience with personal care, activities of daily living (ADLs), and transfers in a home or facility setting.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable, with a client-centered approach.
Must pass a background check and provide verifiable references.

Responsibilities

Provide direct personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
Monitor and document client health status and report changes to the care team.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to support client safety.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences.
Provide medication reminders and support medication management routines.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.
