About The Position
At Mom's Home Care, we are looking for extraordinary people who provide care, comfort, and dignity to elderly individuals in their own homes. We support our caregivers with 24/7 supervisor support, ongoing training, real feedback, and recognition through bonuses and surprises. This is a weekend position with shifts usually being Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, involving compassionate support and assistance with daily activities to help senior clients thrive in their homes.
Requirements
- Two years of previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A big heart, patience, humor, kindness.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
- Monitor vital signs as needed, ensuring the health and safety of clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
