About The Position
We are seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant for a locum tenens position in Mason City, IA. This inpatient role involves clinical duties and call coverage from June 7-14, 2026. The annual volume for Cardiothoracic procedures is 125 CAGB, and the facility is a Level II Trauma Center. This is a supplemental coverage need.
Requirements
- Active IA License
- BC (Board Certified)
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- EVH Experience
- Minimum 2 years of CT Surgery experience
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical coverage for Cardiothoracic Surgery.
- Participate in call, including nights and weekends.
- Assist with inpatient care.
