About The Position

Locums | Hood River, OR | Cardiology APP

This is an outpatient clinic position requiring a mid-level provider to offer on-campus supervision for echo/nuclear exercise stress tests, as well as in-office cardiac device checks and stress tests performed by a cardiac device tech. The provider will be responsible for signing off on cardiac device checks and interpreting EKGs. Locums tenens will not have admitted privileges but will need outpatient privileges to see clinic patients and perform/supervise outpatient testing in the clinic and hospital. The initial contract is for 6 months with a possible extension if needs continue.

Requirements

• Active License
• DEA Required
• Board Certified
• BLS & ACLS
• Current CV must be uploaded to bid
• Outpatient privileges

Responsibilities

• Provide on-campus supervision for echo/nuclear exercise stress tests.
• Perform in-office cardiac device checks.
• Supervise stress tests performed by cardiac device tech.
• Sign off on cardiac device checks.
• Interpret EKGs.
• See clinic patients.
• Perform/supervise outpatient testing in the clinic and hospital.
