About The Position

Locumsmart is seeking two full-time Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for coverage at Kadlec Clinic Urology in Richland, WA. This is a locum tenens assignment for long-term coverage until permanent providers are hired. The role involves both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, including clinic hours, surgical first assisting, and call coverage. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (or 7:30 AM-4:30 PM), with a 1:4 call rotation for overnight and weekend beeper call. Patients per shift are approximately 22. The APP will assist in surgeries at least one day per week.

Requirements

• Active license
• DEA Required
• BC (Board Certified)
• Outpatient Urology experience required
• Surgical first assisting experience required
• Full-time commitment (40 hours per week)
• Current CV must be uploaded to bid

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for first assisting in surgeries.
• Work in an outpatient urology clinic.
• Provide overnight and weekend call coverage on a 1:4 rotation.
• Assist in surgeries at least one day per week.
• Manage patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
