About The Position
Locumsmart is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for Capital Medical Center in Olympia, WA. This is a locum tenens position covering a vacancy due to maternity/paternity leave. The provider will work in an outpatient setting at Cooper Point Family and Internal Medicine, seeing all ages and comfortable with mental health. The schedule is 4x10s, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with options for 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM shifts, including a 30-minute lunch break. No call is required. The estimated credentialing timeframe is 90-120 days, with potential for expedited privileges for providers with a clean history. The EMR system used is Epic.
Requirements
- Must have Primary Care Experience.
- Must be comfortable with mental health.
- No new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients of all ages.
- Manage patients with mental health needs.
- Work a 4x10 schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday).
- Adhere to shift times of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch.
- See approximately 18 patients per shift.
- Work in an outpatient clinic setting.
- No call required.
