About The Position

Hang 10 is hiring a full-time Car Wash Team Member for its Orange Blossom Trail location in Orlando, Florida. The role involves delivering a positive customer experience in a fun, fast-paced environment while helping keep car wash operations safe, clean, and running smoothly. Team members receive training and resources to support their success. The position includes welcoming and thanking guests, promoting monthly memberships, safely guiding vehicles onto the conveyor, assisting customers in the vacuum lot, and addressing issues that arise during a wash. Team members also maintain towels and wash areas, perform basic equipment upkeep, clean dog wash stations and clean the tunnel at the end of each night. The role requires working on your feet in varying weather conditions and includes required weekend work, with weekday and holiday availability also expected.

Requirements

Must be at least 17 years old.
Must have reliable transportation and be punctual; the company has a strict attendance policy.
Must work without using a cell phone while on the clock, in accordance with the company's strict cell phone usage policy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays; weekends are required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to remain on one's feet for extended periods in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests using Hang 10 customer excellence standards.
Use the Shaka Sign at pay stations, tunnel, and vacuum areas to thank guests.
Promote monthly memberships by informing customers about the offerings at the pay station and vacuum lot.
Guide vehicles onto the conveyor using proper hand signals to ensure they are safely loaded.
Engage customers in the vacuum lot and assist with membership sign-ups.
Gather, wash, fold, and restock towels in a convenient location for customers.
Smile and engage with guests throughout their customer journey.
Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of equipment to keep the car wash operational and clean.
Clean dog wash stations after customers finish washing their pets.
Clean the tunnel at the end of each night, including pressure washing walls, cleaning windows, and removing debris.
Assist customers with issues that arise at the wash.
Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during peak hours.
Follow quality, safety, and customer service standards.
