Car Wash Attendant – Moo Moo Express Car Wash
About The Position
As a Car Wash Attendant at Moo Moo Express Car Wash, you will provide exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages, and upselling products to existing customers. You will educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club, greet customers, help ensure their satisfaction before and after washes, and perform quality control checks. The role also involves following safety protocols and operating procedures, calmly addressing customer escalations, using basic retail equipment such as computers and point-of-sale systems, and learning the wash process and equipment. Other related duties may be assigned. The position starts at $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to advance and pay increases tied to training and skill development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage in sales efforts with potential and existing customers.
- Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products.
- Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club and pitch memberships to new customers.
- Greet customers and exceed expectations through positive first impressions.
- Engage with customers before and after washes to help ensure their satisfaction.
- Perform accurate quality control checks.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
