Car Wash Associate - Linda Vista
About The Position
As a Car Wash Associate, you prepare, guide, and load vehicles into the wash tunnel; help keep the location stocked with clean towels; and ensure equipment is functioning properly while providing an excellent customer experience. The role calls for anticipating customer needs, building relationships, prioritizing safety, and adapting while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Most of the work is outdoors, with exposure to varying weather conditions. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Adapt to a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Be willing to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
- Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Apply bug spray to vehicles while guiding them into the wash tunnel.
- Complete location-cleanliness tasks, including sweeping, replenishing supplies, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed by leadership.
- Assist customers with requests to enhance their experience.
- Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.
- Help ensure the location has clean towels and that equipment is functioning properly.
