About The Position
As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by explaining product benefits and using a consultative approach to help customers choose solutions that fit their needs. This entry-level role includes paid training on Super Star Car Washes and the company’s “Be Super” sales approach. The role emphasizes flexibility, adaptability, integrity, trust, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position is primarily outdoors, with exposure to varied weather and moderate to high noise from equipment and vehicles. It involves frequent interaction with customers and colleagues, prolonged standing and walking, manual tasks, operating equipment, and maintaining stamina throughout the shift. The schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes base pay of $19.25–$19.75 per hour, weekly sales commissions, and monthly membership retention bonuses. The posting describes potential hourly earnings of $20–$25 or more, depending on performance. Pay depends on relevant experience and geographic location.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- At least 18 years old.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors and adapt to different weather conditions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, perform manual tasks, operate equipment, and maintain stamina throughout a shift.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
